 Our new Cold Brew Filter Pouches give you an easier way to make cold brew at home as the summer heats up. Just drop two packs into cold water, let steep for 24 hours, and enjoy our classic JB Roast over ice. This medium roast features a cocoa and vanilla aroma, rich chocolate tasting notes, and a smooth finish.

1. Drop two packs into 48 oz pitcher
2. Fill with 4 cups cold, filtered water
3. Let the brew steep in the fridge for 20-24 hours. (Longer = stronger!)
4. Remove and discard packs
5. Add 2-3 cups cold, filtered water to reach desired taste. 
6. Stir & enjoy!

Your  beans are ground  when you order so your Pods are fresh as possible. We don't fill boxes till orders come in. Our pods hold more  coffee, 15 grams,  which allows you to brew with true coffee house quality.

Black Powder is the latest in our line up of Dark Roast coffees.  These quality beans grown by small producers from Brazil, Columbia and Guatemala  are roasted to create a full bodied coffee.  Full of flavor in the cup without being acidic is the hallmark of this blend and has proven to be a favorite of our Smokin Gun taste testers. 

This coffee was so popular during the holidays that many customers asked us to bring it back as a regular item.  With notes of rum and caramel this coffee will get you through those long hikes in the hills.  

 Keeping you awake for that morning surprise. This is a Medium Roast coffee made up of Central American coffees with some great Tanzanian Peaberry thrown in for a smooth start and a nice floral finish that gives you plenty of caffeine to  stay up waiting for those who want to break your perimeter.

 After two months of tinkering, Smokin Good is the latest in our lineup of medium roast coffees.  Using the best of Central and South American coffees, this coffee is a smooth cup that you can drink all day.  Low acid with taste notes of milk chocolate, almonds and caramel. 

We combined the great flavor of one of our Guatemalan coffees with an American favorite: Toasted Southern Pecan.  With the natural sweetness of the Guatemala bean and the flavor of pecan this has been a great pairing. This coffee goes good with any desert or just a cup of goodness by itself.  

A Dark Bold roast made to stand on it’s own like it namesake the Great State of Texas. Strong, bold flavors make up this coffee. Roasted dark, but not burnt so you can still taste and enjoy the flavors of origin from the micro climates and flavor profiles of the Pacific and South America with no wood taste.

Flavor notes of Chocolate, Almond, Cane Sugar

A great coffee for a smooth start to your day. Like many traditional coffees, Rise N Shine offers sweet nuttiness as a throughout. Roasted hazelnut butter is primary in the aroma, backed up by notes of date and rich milk chocolate. There’s also a subtle spice, like a floral pink peppercorn. Mouthfeel is crisp and velvety, and acidity is mild. This smooth coffee also pairs well with any desert or pastry.  

We roasted this coffee to a med-dark roast to bring out the chocolate, nutty taste which when flavored, has smooth chocolate flavor and a hazelnut finish with very low acid which leaves that great taste on your tongue with every sip.
